Would you like to return an item? You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. In addition, we offer you the option to return your order within 30 days of receipt.
How to proceed with a return:
- Enter the reason for return and the quantity on the delivery note included in the package:
- 01: Not to my liking
- 02: Does not fit
- 03: Defective
- 04: Different from the image
- 05: Other
- If you paid via prepayment (bank transfer), please enter your IBAN on the delivery note for the refund.
- Place the delivery note together with the items (in their original, unused condition) in the package, seal it securely, and send it to:

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if an item is defective or damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped, so we can assess the issue and find a solution.
Note: Personalized as well as used items are excluded from returns, unless there is a manufacturing defect. Our GTCs (General Terms and Conditions) and delivery terms apply. Please note that processing your return can take up to 14 days after receipt.
Legal Information on Withdrawal:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us by means of an unequivocal declaration (e.g., via email to info@agonsworld.de) stating your order number regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
Folgen des Widerrufs:
Wenn Sie diesen Vertrag widerrufen, haben wir Ihnen alle Zahlungen, die wir von Ihnen erhalten haben, einschließlich der Lieferkosten (mit Ausnahme der zusätzlichen Kosten, die sich daraus ergeben, dass Sie eine andere Art der Lieferung als die von uns angebotene, günstigste Standardlieferung gewählt haben), unverzüglich und spätestens binnen vierzehn Tagen ab dem Tag zurückzuzahlen, an dem die Mitteilung über Ihren Widerruf dieses Vertrags bei uns eingegangen ist. Für diese Rückzahlung verwenden wir dasselbe Zahlungsmittel, das Sie bei der ursprünglichen Transaktion eingesetzt haben, es sei denn, mit Ihnen wurde ausdrücklich etwas anderes vereinbart; in keinem Fall werden Ihnen wegen dieser Rückzahlung Entgelte berechnet.
